Testing Report

Flaw Detection Inspection

Each batch of our wheel adapters are flaw detection inspected according to GB/T 6519-2000 standard.It’s 100% remove the product inner damaged during the forging and heat treatment process, so the wheel adapters sefty are guaranteed.

Tensile strenght inspection

All of our wheel adapters are matched Grade 12.9 bolts, and these bolts are go through material testing and tensile strength inspection to ensure the hardness and load capacity.

Forged with Aluminum 6061/7075 T6 aluminum alloy material, the mechanical properties of our product are guaranteed.
Using CNC automatic processing technology manufacture, maching accuracy reaches 0.02mm
Keep update with new auto launching, ensure accurate , reasonable sizes , high strength and light weight.
Bolts are passed ISO898-1 ,SAE J249 and ISO6507-1 test and reach the Grade 12.9 bolt standard tensile strength ,hardness and load strengh are guaranteed.
Bolts are passed ISO3800 standard test and go through 1 million times of fatigue resistance test.
Nuts are passed ISO898-6 ,SAE J995 test and reach the grade 8 nuts standard, the hardness and load strength are guaranteed.
Whole wheel adapter are passed 72 hours salt spray test with ISO9227 standard and guarantee to be non-corrosive for 6 years in normally using enviroment.
